hey there!

I believe that therapy is first and foremost about connection, where you feel truly seen, supported, and comfortable enough to explore who you are and what you need. My style is warm, inviting, and honest, and I approach each client with deep compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental presence.

I love helping people begin to recognize themselves as deserving and capable individuals, building confidence to navigate a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Together, we will work on strengthening not only your relationships with others but also the relationship you have with yourself.

I am a master’s-level, licensed therapist with specialized experience working with adults in all phases of life. Many of my clients come to me struggling with self-esteem, identity development, attachment challenges, and questions of purpose or direction in life.

My therapeutic approach draws from Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory, allowing me to adapt the process to fit your unique needs and goals. At the heart of my work is the understanding that every person is unique and deserves care that honors their individuality.

In our sessions, you’ll find not just a therapist, but also a cheerleader and an ally, someone who believes in you wholeheartedly, even in moments when you may struggle to believe in yourself. My goal is to create a supportive and, collaborative space where you feel empowered to explore the parts of your life that feel out of alignment and to begin moving toward a more authentic, fulfilling version of yourself.
